Refund policy

1.    We have 14 days return policy.

2.    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, or unused and in its original packing. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. 

3.    We process all return and exchange requests promptly, typically within 3 to 5 working days.

4.    In cases of damage, leakage, or receipt of the wrong product, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.

5.    All perfumes are to be returned with boxes, pouches, and any other packaging material

6.    All returns should be sent to our address after discussion with our team

7.    Delivery charges are not refundable for return/exchange orders

8.    Customers have to pay delivery charges for exchange orders 

9.    Individual bottles from bundle cannot be returned. You need to return the complete bundle to avail the refund. 

10.    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

11.    For Exchange: Return the item and make a separate purchase for the desired item
